2024 Noosa Concours x ST HUGO x DANIEL RICCIARDO DR3 Lunch
Miss Moneypenny’s Noosa presents the St Hugo X Daniel Ricciardo Lunch as part of the Noosa Concours d ‘Elegance on July 13 on our very own Hastings Street.
Guests will be welcomed from 1pm with a glass of Mumm Central Otago on arrival and be treated to a three-course lunch paired with exclusive wines from the St Hugo portfolio including the celebrated fine wine collaboration with Australian Formula 1 legend, Daniel Ricciardo, DR3.
The event is hosted by Katherine Candy, the National Wine Specialist who will take our guests on the journey to discover these incredible wines.
Once guests are seated, entrée served will be lightly cured yellowfin tuna accompanied with black radish, shiso, katsobuchi emulsion finished with dashi sauce. This dish is paired with the St Hugo Eden Valley Riesling
Main course is the wagyu flat iron MB8+. This absolute premium Jack’s Creek full blood Wagyu beef has a marble score of 8+, a tender melt in your mouth taste sensation.
Served with cavolo nero, kohlrabi, black garlic emulsion and truffled veal jus. Guests will experience two wines with this main course, DR3 Cabernet Sauvignon and DR3 Shiraz.
The third and final course will be a dessert of textures of pistachio with raspberry, mascarpone, madagascar vanilla, tarragon paired with Ric Red, this is Daniel Ricciardo’s Secret Sauce – a delicious red blend with a spicy dash of Italian, (Just like Daniel!)
